Made-to-Order Articles
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before delivery.
Ready-to-Ship Articles
- A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
- The remaining amount must be cleared before dispatch.
Additional Payment Information
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- Prices listed on the website do not include customs duties or international taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Customers are responsible for any destination country customs charges or import duties.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time
- Made-to-Order Articles: 6–8 weeks
- Ready-to-Ship Articles: 5–7 business days
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery may take approximately 7–10 business days, depending on destination and courier services.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and parcel weight.
Arusia Fabric is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Events beyond our control
