No Return & No Refund Policy
All sales made through Arusia Fabric are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed.
This policy applies to:
- Made-to-order articles
- Ready-to-ship articles
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or altered outfits
Order Confirmation
Orders are only processed after payment confirmation. Once an order is confirmed:
- It cannot be canceled
- Payments are non-refundable
- Advance payments cannot be adjusted or transferred to another order
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case that you receive:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect product
- A defective article
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Description of the issue
After reviewing the claim, Arusia Fabric may offer an exchange or suitable resolution if the issue is verified.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting conditions
- Fabric dye variations
- Photography editing
Such minor differences shall not be considered defects or valid reasons for return/refund requests.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their destination country.
Arusia Fabric is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services.
